Expedition or 15-Passeger Vehicle Request Form

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM.

Attention: New pick up times!
Please make arrangements to pick up your Vehicle Registration Check out form and/or keys Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*These hours may change during the summer (June-August), please contact our office at 512-594-0200 if you have a vehicle reservation during this time.
  • 15 passenger vehicle is only allowed to travel within a 25-mile radius of PfISD. If your trip exceeds this 25 mile radius, please click here for information on Rental Vehicles.
  • District-owned vehicles may ONLY be left overnight at your destination. Vehicles MAY NOT be left at a campus, NOR residence, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • For any trip that exceeds 8 passengers, including driver, a 15-passenger vehicle request must be submitted. For any trip that exceeds 15 passengers, including driver, a bus request must be submitted. No exceptions.
  • By requesting travel in a school Expedition, you are assuring that a total of 8 person or less will travel in the vehicle at all times. Allowing 9 or more persons to ride in the vehicle will constitute a disciplinary situation with action toward the employee / sponsor / driver.
  • By requesting travel in a 15-passenger vehicle, you are assuring that a total of 15 or less persons will travel in the vehicle at all times. Allowing 16 or more persons to ride in the vehicle will constitute a disciplinary situation with action toward the employee / sponsor / driver.
  • District-owned vehicles may ONLY be left overnight at your destination.
  • Please fill out ALL items.
  • This request must be received a minimum of 10 days before the scheduled trip.
  • Trip Sponsor MUST choose their campus principal as the Approving Supervisor.
  • An Athletic Sponsor MUST choose their designated Campus Athletic Coordinator as the Approving Supervisor.
