• The district will be running weekly round-ups of Academic and Athletic events along with Campus Events/Activities on the district website in a new feature: "Around the 'Ville."
     
    Please use the forms below to submit an entry for an upcoming edition. "Around the 'Ville" will be updated every Thursday with submitted information. The cut off to submit information for the weekly round-up will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. Any submissions received after 3 p.m. on Tuesday will run the following week. As timeliness is an issue, games, tournaments and activities submitted should not be more than two weeks old.
     
    ALL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY PISD EMPLOYEES
     
    • Academic Form
      (This form should be used for team or individual academic events and tournaments. It should be submitted by the club sponsor. If you have photos of the recent academic event, please send ONLY ONE photo to the communications department. If space is available and the photo meets criteria it will be included in the weekly round-up with your listing.)

    • Athletic Form
      (This form should be used for team or individual athletic events and should be submitted by coach or sponsor. If you have photos of the recent athletic event, please send ONLY ONE photo to the communications department. If space is available and the photo meets criteria it will be included in the weekly round-up with your listing.)

    • Campus Event/Activity Form
      (This form should be used to report on any Campus Event/Activity - recent or upcoming. The form should be submitted by the Principal or designated employee. If you have photos of the recent campus activity, please send ONLY ONE photo to the communications department. If space is available and the photo meets criteria it will be included in the weekly round-up with your listing.)
