    Rocket Families,

With Thanksgiving break around the corner, this provides an opportune time to pause and think of all we have to be grateful for. I am grateful for the kindness, inclusivity, and hard work that our Rocket Students demonstrate daily! I am grateful for how our Rocket Families and Staff go "Above & Beyond" in working together to support the utmost learning experience for our children! I wish you all a safe Thanksgiving break with your family.

This week's Rocket Family News has lots of information on things happening at Rowe Lane.

Also, if you are in the mood for pizza, Marco's Pizza is hosting a Spirit Day on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Let them know you are with Rowe Lane when you order and they will donate a portion of your purchase price to our PTO!

    Rocket Families,

Our Rowe Lane staff, on-campus learners, and virtual learners brought sunshine to our Rocket Community by participating in Red Ribbon Week dress-up days! We saw many creative ways our Rockets support being Bully-Free & Drug-Free. Thank you again to Ms. Payne, our PTO Red Ribbon Week Committee, and HHS PALS for making this year's Red Ribbon Week another success! Also, we are so grateful for the generous donations for our food drive!

Parents & guardians, with holidays around the corner, please remember distributing edible and tangible treats/treat bags is not permissible on campus per health & safety guidelines.

The RLES Virtual Fall Book Fair begins November 9th and our regular PTO meeting has been rescheduled for November 10th. Check out other events planned for Rowe Lane in November below in this week's Rocket Family News!

    Rocket Families,

The month of October is such a busy month, however, we're taking the time at Rowe Lane to recognize individuals who demonstrate resiliency and courage when faced with challenges. We recognize individuals who have been affected by Breast Cancer, individuals with Dyslexia, and individuals with Down Syndrome through Breast Cancer Awareness, Dyslexia Awareness, and Down Syndrome Awareness month!

Our Rocket Community will also support our students in being Bully & Drug-Free through Red Ribbon Week, October 26th-30th. We've planned themed dress-up days for our students and a campus food drive to support the Circle of Hope food pantry in Pflugerville. More information about this month's events can be found in this week’s Rocket Family News!

    Rocket Families,

Planning for the second nine-weeks is already underway! The next window to change your student's learning preference is open. Currently, the method of instruction for your student/s is either on-campus (meaning they physically come to campus for instruction), or virtual (meaning they are physically at home for instruction).

Your child's method of instruction in Skyward reflects his/her current method of instruction. If you want to CHANGE the current method of instruction for the 2nd nine weeks, please complete this form no later than September 30th by 5 pm: https://forms.gle/8mqnbSu9qtFkoVbb8

For the second nine-weeks, there will be no capacity limit and the weighted point system will not be implemented. If you request on-campus learning for your student/s, they will be able to return to Rowe Lane for on-campus instruction beginning October 13th. Schedule adjustments may occur, but we continue to work to minimize changes for our students.
