    Hand Washing
Hand-washing is the best way to prevent many types of infections and is especially important after using the bathroom and before eating. Germs get left everywhere! Good hand hygiene practices help prevent catching colds and respiratory viral infections, stomach bugs, and diarrhea. Teach children to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If they use hand sanitizer, they should rub it over all the surfaces of their hands and fingers until their hands are dry.
     Special Meals
If you have a child with dietary restrictions and would like our school cafeteria to make any accommodations or substitutions, the process has changed a bit this year. A form will need to be completed in part by your child’s physician before it is returned to the cafeteria. Special Meals Form
This form needs to be submitted each year, so contact the nurse directly at 512-594-6635 if we need to provide one for you.
