• Vision Plan

United HealthcareVision coverage is offered by VSP Vision Care as a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. Provider Network: VSP Advantage. As with a traditional PPO, you may take advantage of the highest level of benefit by receiving services from in-network vision providers and doctors. You will only be responsible for copayment at the time of your service. However, if you receive services from an out-of-network doctor, you will pay all expenses at the time of service and submit a claim for reimbursement up to the allowed amount.

ID cards are not mailed to employees. To print your personalized ID card, login to the website listed below and complete the registration.

Does VSP cover Essential Medical Care?
Yes, retinal screenings for members with diabetes are fully covered. Exams and services to treat immediate issues like pink eye and sudden changes in vision. Treatment options to monitor ongoing health conditions such as dry eye, diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, and more.
