How To Pay Repair Fees/ Device /Insurance

  • Purchasing a Replacement Charger for a Chromebook:

    The replacement cost for the loss of a Chromebook charger is $10.00. If you could use the link above, it will take you to the district’s webstore.

    Select Technology, and then select Repair Fee on the left.

    The ticket number to enter on the form is WEBSITE *****

    *****(if you have an actual ticket entered in the system, please use that number)

    Select the Charger Replacement Fee under Repair Payment.

    Once payment has been made, we will deliver the new power adapter to the campus.

    ***Some campuses will hand you one if you show them the receipt that you paid.

    The repair cost for the second accidental incident to a device is $15.00. If you could use the link above, it will take you to the district’s webstore.

    Select Technology, and then select Repair Fee on the left.

    Select the 1st Repair under Repair Payment ***

    *** If this is your 2nd or other repair, choose the appropriate dropdown to pay the $20 fee.

    Once payment has been made, we will let the campus know you are clear to receive your device back if ready or to checkout a loaner, if they have one available, until your device is completely repaired.

     
     

    Payment for a Replacement Device Due to Loss or Intentional / Unrepairable Damage

    Select the Device Replacement Fee under Repair Payment.

    Once payment has been made, we will clear your account and inform the campus to checkout another device to you.
