Facilities Rental Information
The Pflugerville Independent School District welcomes the use of facilities owned by the district by outside organizations/groups; however, such use of District facilities shall not be permitted if it conflicts with the educational program of any campus, District- scheduled activities, Board policy including facility maintenance and/or repair projects.
To begin the rental process, please submit your deposit and insurance.
Pflugerville ISD has transitioned to Incident IQ for managing all Event reservations. If you have already submitted an event with PFISD, the event has been transferred into the new Incident IQ System.
Incident IQ will allow you to view your event details, receive updates, and communicate with our team more easily. To help you get started, we have outlined the steps you will need to follow to access your event and complete any required information.
