PfISD Leadership Profile

During the 2023-24 school year, 75 campus, department, and central office leaders embarked on a transformative journey to develop a Leadership Profile for PfISD. As a unified leadership team, we collectively identified key competencies essential for PfISD leaders, marking the inception of a comprehensive district-wide Leadership Profile. Our PfISD Leadership Profile stands as a testament to the core competencies and attributes that define our leadership values and beliefs.

Why a leadership profile? 

  • Leaders provide direction and vision, and motivate and inspire others to achieve the learning organization’s goals.

  • A Leadership Profile designates the value-based competencies and attributes a leader within an organization should possess.  It becomes the guide used during the hiring, evaluation, and promotion process. A Leadership Profile is also used to identify talented and up-and-coming future leaders within an organization.                  

The PfISD Leadership Profile summarizes our shared vision of leadership excellence within PfISD as we continue to serve our students, staff, families,and community.
