Compliance Training

Compliance Courses are assigned based on position type and responsibilities through the PfISD Vector Solutions Compliance Course Platform. Everyone receives an email notification when courses are assigned and reminder emails until all courses are complete. Whenever possible, the test-out option has been activated for SafeSchools courses.

How the Test-Out Option Works on SafeSchools Courses.

• Many of the required SafeSchools courses will have a one-time test-out option activated.

• Users have one attempt to successfully pass the test-out option on an assigned course to demonstrate satisfactory prior knowledge.

• Users who successfully pass the test-out option will not earn a Course Completion Certificate, but the User Dashboard and Reports will indicate that the user has met the requirement for SY25-26.

• Users who fail the one-time test-out option must fully complete the required SafeSchools course, which involves watching all course videos and successfully completing all course quizzes and end-of-course tests, which will generate a Course Completion Certificate to indicate that the user has met the requirement for SY25-26.
