Compliance Training

Pflugerville ISD is committed to maintaining high standards for employee safety and training while remaining fiscally responsible with district resources. As part of this commitment, the district will transition from Vector Solutions to the PublicSchoolWORKS (PSW) platform, effective July 1, 2026.  

Historical Data: PSW will support the district in uploading historical data from Vector Solutions at no additional cost, allowing us to maintain and access your previous completion records.  

Test-Out Options: To respect your time and existing knowledge, the new platform will continue to offer "test-out" options, allowing users to go straight to the assessment.

Logging In

PfISD Employees will receive email notification from PublicSchoolWORKS with the link to the training platform and details on assigned courses. 

1. Login to your PfISD email account.
2. Open the email from “Human Resources Professional Learning” with the subject of “Training – New Enrollment”.
3. Click on the link “Click here to start your training”. You will be brought to PublicSchoolWORKS.
4. Click “Sign in with Google” and enter your district email address to sign in. If you experience issues signing in with your email, please contact: pd@pfisd.net 
5. You will be brought to a screen titled: “Your Login Info.” If you do not see the “Your Login Info” screen, follow the directions on the “Login Help” screen. If you have any problems or need further help, call 1-866-724-6650, option 4. It is very important that the information shown on the “Your Login Info” screen is accurate. Make any changes needed to your Occupation or Site and then click on the button: “Click here when correct.”

Access Assigned Courses

1. You will be brought to a screen titled: “Your Course List.” This screen shows you all the courses in which you have been enrolled. If there are no courses shown, then you are not currently required to complete any training. For further information about this screen, click on the “Help” button.
2. For each course shown, click on “Start.”
3. After you successfully complete each course (and test where applicable) the course will be removed from your course list. If you fail a test, you can retake the test until you obtain a passing grade. Your failures will not be shown on your transcript.

Compliance Due Dates

• September 11, 2026: Compliance courses due for all employees.
• Late-Hires will have 15 days to complete compliance courses after their official start date.

Compliance Courses are assigned based on position type and responsibilities through the PfISD Compliance Course Platform. Everyone receives an email notification when courses are assigned and reminder emails until all courses are complete. Whenever possible, the test-out option has been activated for compliance courses.
