Pflugerville Pfriendly

At Pflugerville ISD, we believe every interaction matters. From the moment a parent calls a campus office, to a greeting in the hallway, to helping a student find the support they need, the way we treat one another shapes the experience people have in our schools.

Pflugerville Pfriendly is our districtwide customer service commitment designed to create a welcoming, respectful, and responsive environment for everyone in our PfISD community. This effort helps ensure that students, families, staff, and community members feel valued whenever they interact with our district.

More Than an Initiative

Pflugerville Pfriendly is not simply a program or initiative. It is a commitment to the way we serve and support our community.

By communicating clearly, responding thoughtfully, and treating every person with respect, we strengthen the sense of belonging that defines Pflugerville ISD.

Together, we are building a district culture where every student, family member, employee, and visitor experiences what it truly means to be Pfriendly.

Districtwide Training

The Pflugerville Pfriendly program launched with training for district leadership in Fall 2025. 

Many campuses and departments have already achieved 100 percent participation, demonstrating their commitment to providing outstanding service to students, families, colleagues, and community members.

Staff members who complete the training will receive Pflugerville Pfriendly t-shirts that can be worn with jeans any day of the week throughout the school year.
