Employee Assistance Program
PfISD offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to our employees. EAP is an employer-sponsored benefit that provides you and members of your household with no-cost support and resources. Employees do not need to enroll in order to utilize this benefit.
EAP offers short-term counseling up to three visits per issue per year, and 24/7 telephonic support to help you and members of your household manage everyday life issues. EAP professionals are available to assist you with a variety of issues including:
- Everyday needs and life events
- Weight control
- Emotional issues
- Relationship concerns
- Family relationships
- Sleeping difficulties
- Loss of a loved one
- Eating disorders
- Workplace concerns
- Smoking cessation
