A new healthcare experience coming soon to Pflugerville ISD. Introducing Frontier Direct Care, a personalized primary care experience funded by PfISD with no additional cost to employees. With Frontier Direct Care, you'll see the same primary doctor every visit, building a trusted relationship that supports your long-term health. Appointments are flexible and convenient. Schedule online and choose how you connect, whether in person or virtually, text or email. If you need a specialist, your Frontier primary care physician will refer you and a dedicated concierge team will handle everything from finding the provider, coordinating payment to ensuing follow-up care. Best of all, you pay nothing additional for primary or specialist care with Frontier's network.

Frontier Direct Care is an extra benefit, not a replacement for your current health plan. You can use whichever district health plan you choose for any of your medical needs. You must enroll in one of PfISD health plan in order to be eligible to access health care through Frontier Direct Care.

Who can use the clinic? The clinic will be available to employees and their dependents enrolled in the district's medical plan. Additional eligibility details will be shared closer to launch.

Do I have to use the clinic? No. Use of the clinic is completely optional. Employees may continue to use their current healthcare providers as they normally would. Did we mention its free?

Can my dependents use the clinic? Yes, If your dependents are enrolled on your medical plan, they will have access. And it's FREE

How much does it cost to use the clinic? (favorite question) It is FREE to employees, dependents, spouses who are enrolled in our medical plan.

Will this replace my health insurance? No. The clinic is an additional benefit and does not replace your existing medical coverage.

Can I still see my regular doctor? Yes. Employees are not required to change providers and may continue seeing their current doctor.
