Convocation is Pflugerville ISD’s largest annual employee event, welcoming all 3,500+ staff members, including teachers, principals, campus support staff, central office leaders, custodial, maintenance, bus drivers, and more, back for the new school year. It's an energetic, high-visibility celebration filled with district updates, motivational moments, and community connection. Leadership Pflugerville ISD gives approximately 25 Pflugerville ISD stakeholders, representing all areas of our 95-square-mile District, the opportunity to take part in an interactive, in-depth monthly learning experience from October through May. 

Members of the Leadership Pflugerville ISD class will go behind the scenes and learn what it takes to run a public school district with more than 25,000 students and 4,000 employees. During a series of meetings, participants gain access to District leadership, have the opportunity to ask in-depth questions and take a deep dive into learning.

Twice per year, Pflugerville ISD hosts the Real Estate Luncheon, where real estate professionals will receive an update from the district leadership about its growth and demographic projections. This event, organized by the communications department, is welcome to all real estate professionals in the area who RSVP.

Every Spring, PfISD leadership gathers to honor our employees who have served in the district for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years. These employees have served the district in a variety of capacities - teacher, bus driver, maintenance worker, administrator, administrative assistant, custodian, and many more. This gathering typically draws roughly 400 employees and PfISD School Board Members to celebrate their lengthy service to PfISD students and staff.

Pflugerville ISD will hold graduation ceremonies for its four high schools - Connally High School, Hendrickson High School, Pflugerville High School and Weiss High School - at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park on May 31.
