Pflugerville ISD is a fast-growth district located in northeast Travis County, approximately 10 miles from the Texas Capitol.

PfISD currently offers some of the highest teacher salaries in Central Texas. PfISD is also one of the FEW districts in Central Texas approved to offer the Teacher Incentive Allotment and PfISD teachers have the ability to make up to an ADDITIONAL $18,217.
