December: 8th graders complete Bridges interest inventory, Winter Dance, Winter Theatre performance, end of the fall semester/2nd nine weeks/early release, Winter Break
January: start of spring semester, student/staff holiday, 8th grade parent/counselor conferences for 9th grade registration, incoming 5th grade visit, Spirit Assembly
February: Early release, student holiday, UIL eligibility check, all grade dance, choice sheets for next year
March: Spring break, UIL eligibility check, student/staff holiday, Spirit Assembly
April: STAAR testing, UIL eligibility check, and 8th grade dance
May: UIL eligibility check, remaining STAAR tests, Advanced Placement tests, student and staff holiday, Reward Day (8th grade class trip, 6th & 7th on campus), Knight Out Celebration, last day of school/early release, Grade level award assemblies (Order by Grade: 7th, 8th, 6th).
