Leadership Pflugerville ISD will give approximately 20 Pflugerville ISD stakeholders, representing all areas of our 95-square-mile District, the opportunity to take part in an interactive, in-depth monthly learning experience from October through May. 

As a member of the Leadership Pflugerville ISD class, you will go behind the scenes and learn what it takes to run a public school district with more than 25,000 students and 4,000 employees. During a series of meetings, you’ll gain access to District leadership, have the opportunity to ask in-depth questions, and take a deep dive into learning. Session topics will include district operations, finance, curriculum, and other areas of interest.

You could be one of 20 community members to serve within a cohort that represents all four Pflugerville ISD learning communities: Connally, Hendrickson, Pflugerville, and Weiss. Participants will meet eight times during the school year from 8:30 a.m. - Noon on the second Thursday of the month.
