2023-2024 Pflugerville Tennis Tryouts

Read the following information very carefully regarding tryouts for the upcoming 2023-2024 Pflugerville High School Tennis Team.

Trying out for JV/9th only  

• If you are only interested in playing on JV next year, there is no formal JV tryout.  JV practices will begin at the beginning of school.  There may be some open court sessions before school starts.  You’ll be notified of those dates and times.  You are still responsible for completing the JV summer points.

• A PHYSICAL MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL/PRACTICE (all Physical Exams for 2023-2024 MUST be dated April 15, 2023 or later)  

Trying out for Varsity

• If trying out, you must email me at pflugerville10s@yahoo.com to reserve your spot.  The sooner, the better.

• All players, returning and new, must try out. No returning players are guaranteed a spot.

• As of now, the tryout dates are set for July 24th - 28th.

• Each day will consist of an AM session from 9:00-11:30, AND a PM session from 5:00-7:00. Players must be available for both sessions.

• This will be a round-robin points based tryout very similar to past years.

• If we finish all tryout matches before Friday, the remaining times will be used for practices for those making the cut.

• Summer points must be completed.

• ALL PHYSICAL AND ONLINE FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE TRYOUTS (all Physical Exams for 2023-2024 MUST be dated April 15, 2023 or later)
