    Library Mission Statement

    The mission of Pflugerville Middle School library is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can explore and engage with a wide range of information resources. Our library is committed to promoting literacy, lifelong learning, and community enrichment. We strive to empower our patrons by offering a diverse collection of books, digital materials and support services. Through our dedication to equal access, intellectual freedom, and the preservation of cultural heritage, we aim to strengthen and inspire our community, fostering a love of reading, knowledge, and personal growth.

     

    Library Policies

    • All students must know their school ID number to sign in and check out books.
    • Students may check out 2 books at a time.
    • Books may be kept for 3 weeks at a time. 
    • Overdue books will be marked as lost and students will be fine with the replacement cost.
    • Fines will be assessed for lost books and books damaged beyond repair.
    • Fine notices are sent to Language Arts teachers weekly.

    PfISD faculty and students have access to thousands of eBooks and audiobooks on Sora. Access Sora by going to soraapp.com.

     

    Download the Sora app for your phone. Click on “School Name Not Found” and use Pflugerville ISD as the name of your school.

     

    Log in with your PfISD account username and password.
