    Guide and coordinate events throughout the year(Fall Fest, Fundraising, Family Socials, etc).  

    Parent Connections

    Keep parents informed of upcoming events andvolunteer needs via Facebook, email, and bulletin board. Help establish andimplement a membership drive to get families more involved with PTO.

    Hospitality

    Organize refreshments/snacks for PTOmeetings; Coordinate teacher lunches, teacher appreciationweek, gifts, etc.

    Homeroom Coordinator

    Coordinate information exchange between HR parents and teachers. Survey teachers/staff to obtain lists of likes and class needs.  Assist teachers with organizing parties, field trips and other classroom events.
