Back to School: Everything You Need for a Great Start

A new school year is almost here, and Pflugerville ISD is getting ready to welcome students back to campus. Whether your child is starting kindergarten, heading to middle school, or preparing for their senior year, we've gathered everything families need in one convenient place on our Back-to-School webpage.

This year's first days of school begin on two different schedules:

• July 31: Meet the Teacher Night – ACE Campuses (Dessau Elementary and Timmerman Elementary)
• August 1: PfISD School Supply Pfair
• August 4: First Day of School – ACE Campuses (Dessau Elementary and Timmerman Elementary)
• August 6: Free Back-to-School Vaccine Clinic
• August 10: Meet the Teacher Night – All Other PfISD Campuses
• August 12: First Day of School – All Other PfISD Campuses

Before the first bell rings, be sure to visit the Back-to-School page for important information and resources, including annual student forms, school supply lists, bus transportation, immunization requirements, meal information, volunteer applications, and more. If you have questions about your child's schedule, teacher assignment, school supplies, or other campus-specific information, your school's front office is the best place to start. Families needing assistance with Skyward Parent Portal can email parentportal@pfisd.net, and immunization records may be submitted to shots@pfisd.net before the start of the school year. Reaching out early can help ensure everything is in place before students return to class.
