Pflugerville ISD is proud to announce that Mr. Henry Castellanos has been approved as the new principal of Wilhelmina Delco Elementary School. A Pflugerville ISD graduate, Castellanos brings a wealth of experience as a bilingual educator and campus leader, most recently serving as Assistant Principal at Hornsby-Dunlap Elementary.

Known for fostering inclusive learning environments and strong family partnerships, Castellanos holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s in Youth and Community Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. His commitment to collaboration and student growth will help continue Delco Elementary’s tradition of excellence.
