PfISD Sets Public Hearing Dates for District Optimization Task Forces

Pflugerville ISD has announced public hearing dates for each of its five District Optimization Task Forces. These hearings give parents, staff, and community members a chance to speak directly to the work each Task Force is doing and to share their thoughts before recommendations move forward.

Each hearing is open to the public and will focus on the specific issues that Task Force has been assigned to study.

Innovative Programming Task Force
The Innovative Programming Task Force launches in January and will set meeting and Public Hearing dates at that time.

District leaders are encouraging families to attend the hearing most relevant to their questions or concerns, whether that involves new attendance boundaries, the transition process for closing campuses, high school scheduling changes, or the future use of district facilities.

As with every Task Force meeting, notes and a recording will be made public on the district website. The public hearings are part of that same commitment. They are another way for the district to hear directly from the community and to ensure decisions are shaped by real input, not just presented after the fact.
