More Than a Diploma: The Power of the Three E’s
At Pflugerville ISD, every student deserves a future that’s full of purpose. That’s why the Three E’s Initiative was launched: a bold commitment that by 2029, 100% of graduates will leave not just with a diploma, but with a clear direction for their next chapter.
Employment
Students graduate ready to enter the workforce with real-world experience, industry certifications, and job-ready skills that lead to high-demand careers.

Those who choose to serve in the military graduate prepared for the discipline, leadership, and training that service provides, along with future educational opportunities.
Enrollment
College-bound students transition smoothly into higher education or trade school, equipped with the academic preparation, resources, and confidence to succeed.

Communication
Communication between parents, schools, and the district is key to our successful partnership. We use a variety of tools to help ensure you are informed about what's going on at your school and part of every celebration of student success.
Attendance
Research shows that students who are in class every day perform better academically and are more engaged in school life. While it’s not just about funding, the reality is that the resources our schools depend on are tied to daily attendance — meaning every day truly makes a difference for both your child and their school.
Absence Notes:
Parents must provide a written note explaining absences. Each campus handles absence notes differently. Please contact your campus with questions.

Websites
Each campus has a dedicated website to help you find the information you need for your student.
To find your campus page simply click the Schools button in the top right corner of the page, then the plus symbol next to the correct level to expand a list of all Elementary, Middle and High Schools in the district.
PfISD Text Messages
Some communications, such as attendance calls, and urgent messages from the district will come through a platform called Mass Notifications. These can be calls, emails, or text messages. Learn more about PfISD Text Messages.
Social Media
Follow PfISD on social media to stay up to date on all the good news across the district.
Visit Campus Social Media for links to all campus based Facebook pages.
Critical information will be shared on social media, however, when in doubt refer to the PfISD website for official announcements.
