Important Information

Home Games Only

Season ticket bundles are valid only for games in which your school is the home team.

If your team is playing as the visiting team, you will need to purchase a separate visitor ticket for that game.

Examples:

• When Weiss plays Hendrickson at The Pfield, Weiss is the visiting team.
• When Connally plays Weiss at The Pfield, Connally is the visiting team.
• When Connally plays Hendrickson at The Pfield, Connally is the visiting team.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed or canceled games.

 The Pfamily Sports Pass provides admission to all regular-season, non- football varsity athletic events hosted at Pflugerville ISD venues during the 2026–2027 school year. This pass does not include admission to high school tournaments, as these events serve as fundraisers for the respective athletic programs.

Metal Detector Policy/Procedure

Pflugerville Independent School District is committed to ensuring a safe environment by protecting the health, safety, and welfare of all students, staff, and visitors of The Pfield Stadium. Persons that do not consent to a metal detection screening may be denied admittance. The metal detector checks shall be neutral and non-discriminatory. No person shall be selected to be searched based solely upon his/her gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, manner of dress, or association with any particular group of persons.

TO COMBAT SCHOOL VIOLENCE AND THE POTENTIAL PRESENCE OF WEAPONS IN OUR FACILITIES, PFLUGERVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT MAY UTILIZE METAL DETECTORS TO DETECT FIREARMS, KNIVES, AND OTHER WEAPONS.

• Spectators who seek admission into the facility must first proceed to the metal detector screening area.
• Stadium Staff will instruct spectators on how to enter the metal detectors and guide them through the entrance. Spectators will be instructed to empty the metal contents of their pockets and carry them through the metal detector above their head.
• If the metal detector alarm sounds while being screened in any areas besides the “above the head” signal, the spectator will have the opportunity to empty the contents of the area in question and the spectator will be wand-screened. The hand-held scanning device should be passed along the front, back, and both sides of the person being scanned without touching the body.
• If the hand-held scanning device also activates, the law enforcement official or principal or designee will ask the spectator once again to produce the signal-triggering metal object.
• Any illegal objects (i.e., firearms, knives, or other implements which can be used as weapons) found during the search will be turned over to law enforcement officials.
• Spectators who refuse cooperation will be denied access into the facility.

The presence of metal detectors provides the community, parents, and staff with a sense of security when they know everyone in the facility has been screened. Providing a safe environment allows spectators to enjoy the game and feel safe.

UIL Academic Eligibility: FAQ

1. Did I fail any classes during a progress report (IPR) or nine-week grading period?

No: You may continue participating in extracurricular activities.

Yes: Continue to Question 2.

2. When do I become ineligible?

A student who is failing becomes ineligible at the end of the school day, seven calendar days after the grading period or progress report (IPR) is issued.

3. What do I need to do to regain eligibility?

To become eligible again, you must be passing all classes on the designated eligibility check date, which may be:

• A three-week progress report (IPR)
• A six-week progress report (IPR)
• The end of a nine-week grading period

4. When do I regain eligibility?

If you are passing all classes on the designated eligibility check date, you will regain eligibility seven calendar days later.

2026-2027 Pflugerville Eligibility Calendar

 

 

* UIL defines “three school weeks” as 15 class days.  Exception:  One, but only one of the three school weeks may consist of only three or four class days, provided school has been dismissed for a scheduled holiday period. 

**   All students are academically eligible from the dismissal bell on Dec. 19th to the morning tardy bell Jan. 8th.    

*** All students are academically eligible during a school holiday of a full calendar week or more (i.e. Fall Break, Thanksgiving and Spring Break).

 

 

Unauthorized Persons

In accordance with Education Code 37.105, a school administrator, school resource officer (SRO), or district police officer shall have the authority to refuse entry or eject a person from district property if the person refuses to leave peaceably on request and:

1. The person poses a substantial risk of harm to any person; or
2. The person behaves in a manner that is inappropriate for a school setting, and the person persists in the behavior after being given a verbal warning that the behavior is inappropriate and may result in refusal of entry or ejection.

Appeals regarding refusal of entry or ejection from district property may be filed in accordance with FNG(LOCAL) or GF(LOCAL), as appropriate.

PfISD invites all senior citizens to sign up for a Gold Pass and be our guest at all PfISD Fine Arts performances and athletic events. To qualify for the GOLD PASS, residents must be 60 or older and live within the PfISD taxing district.

Residents must apply, in person, for a gold Pass at the PfISD Administration Building, 1401 W. Pecan, Pflugerville. Please bring proof of residency and age.

The Gold Pass will provide FREE admission to all PfISD Fine Arts performances and general admission to regular season athletic events at PfISD facilities (special events excluded).

 Practice Temperature Guidelines

In 2023, the UIL approved Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) as the recommended measurement to be used to monitor the environmental conditions during outdoor physical activities.  WBGT estimates the effect of temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and solar radiation using a combination of temperature from three thermometers.  The following temperature guidelines have been established in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for student-athletes participating in outdoor activities in Pflugerville I.S.D. The listed WBGT, and wind-chill factors are designated figures for modifying outdoor activities. Exposure duration and frequency of breaks should be modified as temperatures approach the listed recommendations. It is the responsibility of each athletic trainer and coach to ensure these guidelines are being followed.
