PfISD is dedicated to ensuring every student graduates with one of the 3 Es - Employment, Enrollment, or Enlistment.
How does Cheer support this goal?
All students must complete at least one PE credit in high school, and cheerleading can fulfil that requirement. Cheerleaders must try out, and selected members will be placed on a freshman, JV, or varsity squad. Many colleges offer scholarships for students to continue cheerleading in college, regardless of their major. The skills refined in cheerleading classes transfer directly into college readiness, employability, or military service. Click here for more information.
