Hendrickson High School finished among top schools in the UIL Lone Star Cup, which measures high school athletic and scholastic performance among campuses statewide.
Hendrickson finished tied with Austin Anderson for 21st overall among Class 5A schools, with 53 points.
The UIL Lone Star Cup award is presented annually to six high schools, one in each of six UIL classifications, based on their total team performance in district and state championships throughout the academic year.
Categories are: academics, baseball, basketball, Congress, cross country, marching band, military marching band, football, film, golf, mariachi, one-act play, soccer, softball, spirit, swimming and diving, robotics, tennis, theatrical design, team tennis, track and field, volleyball and wrestling.
Hendrickson joined Cedar Park, Georgetown and Liberty Hill as the only Central Texas schools on the Class 5A list.
