In an outstanding achievement, Hendrickson High School senior, Nathan Ross, has been selected as a semifinalist in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship program. This prestigious recognition places Nathan among an elite group of high school seniors from across the United States.

Nathan's dedication to academic excellence has opened doors to an incredible opportunity: the chance to compete for over 7,000 National Merit Scholarships, collectively valued at a staggering $28 million, which will be awarded next spring. The anticipation is building as National Merit Scholarship winners will be revealed through four nationwide news releases beginning in April.

Nathan's accomplishment as a semifinalist sets him apart as one of only 16,000 students nationwide to achieve this honor. Semifinalists represent less than 1% of high school seniors nationwide, making this recognition one of the most prestigious distinctions attainable by young scholars.
