Student Belongings Pick-Up
Greeting Bobcat Families,
Student Belonging Pick-Up has been sent!
Now that we know students will not be returning to the building this year, we have gathered their belongings for pick-up. Families may pick up student belongings at a designated time to help avoid high volumes of traffic.
Per Dr. Killian's message, "Please remember, even though we are starting the process of students picking up their personal belongings and turning in campus materials, school has not stopped. We will continue to provide instruction and assignments remotely through the end of the academic year."
Together - Bobcats!

BES Student Belonging Pick-Up Instructions
Our school teams have worked hard this week and will have your child’s belongings ready to be picked up on May 6th, 7th & 11th.
Keeping everyone’s health and safety in mind, this will be a curbside pick-up process. Families will not be allowed in the buildings and staff will bring items to your car. School personnel will wear gloves and will disinfect all plastic bags before handing them to parents.
Parents should make every effort to retrieve items during the set times. If that’s not possible, please contact your child’s teacher to make arrangements. To reinforce healthy practices and to maintain social distancing, Brookhollow faculty and staff will bag students' personal items for pick up. Items such as school pictures will be placed in your child’s bag as well.
Parents A-L use the smaller visitor parking drive lane in front of the building on your designated day and time.
Parents M-Z use the larger staff parking drive lane on the south side of the building on your designated day and time.
Parents can pick up belongings of multiple siblings at one designated time.
The district has put the following pickup procedure in place:
● Parents will drive up to the front of each school and remain in their vehicles. If possible, please open the trunk of the vehicle.
● All personal belongings of students have been placed in plastic bags, labeled with the child’s name.
● School staff will place the bag in the trunk of the vehicle.
● If a parent needs to open the trunk manually they can get out of the vehicle, manually open the trunk, and get back in the vehicle.
● Once the parent is back in the vehicle, school staff will place the bag with the personal belongings in the vehicle.
To help expedite the process we would appreciate if you would write the following on a piece of paper and place on your dashboard or front window when you arrive:
● Child, Teacher, Grade
o Smith Linda, Chase, 3
o Smith Joe, Sims, 5
If parents have textbooks or library books to drop off, we ask parents to bring them the day you pick up your child’s belongings. No need to return consumable books.
Please respect social distancing and staff conversations at all times, as your health, and the health and safety of parents, students and staff, is our utmost priority.
