1. Online Open Enrollment – discussed feedback regarding online open enrollment. The majority expressed that employees were happy with the online enrollment. We will continue to enroll online for future enrollments.  

2. Financial Overview/Voluntary Benefit Results/2021 Strategies - Our consultant, Marsh & McLennan Agency, presented an overview of our medical, pharmacy and voluntary benefit plans. Also began discussion for 2021. Click the link for the 2019 Overview and 2021 Strategies

     Tuesday, April 21, 2020, 4:30 – 6:00 pm discuss potential changes to coverages and bring back        more detailed information on requested 2021 strategies

     Wednesday, May 20, 2020, 4:30 – 6:00 pm discuss all renewal-related items and reach                       consensus on committee’s recommendations
